To save your date, please use the Save the Date button for $500.00. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to your balance.

We schedule a limited number of full-service events each week so that we can give each event the attention it deserves. We often book weddings 9 to 12 months in advance, so it is important to reserve your wedding date as early as possible. September and October have become our busiest wedding months and our schedule fills up quickly.
Should you select us as your wedding/event florist, booking your wedding with Ladybug Designs requires a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 to save the date. Be sure and contact us before making deposit to ensure your date is available. All deposits are, of course, applied to your order. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the date of your wedding/event. Deposits are final. Balances may be paid by cash, money order or bank check. Please note that the initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
In terms of timing, we typically book well in advance of the wedding/event date but cannot hold dates more than 12 months ahead of time unless special arrangements are made with the management of Ladybug Design.
