Please note that for all other orders, we may need to make substitutions. Your recipient will always receive a beautiful gift of the same or greater value as what you selected.

 

Please keep in mind that deliveries may be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. We will be taking all recommended precautions to ensure customer safety. 

For everyone’s peace of mind during these trying times, we’ve introduced a truly contact-free delivery.

How will it work?

We will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance when they answer their door.  They’ll be no hand-to-hand contact and no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and leave a note on the door. We will not be accepting tips during delivery.

Delivery impacts may include:

• Deliveries to hospitals or nursing homes may be restricted, please call ahead to make sure they are accepting deliveries

• Deliveries inside public buildings may be restricted
